We are proud to offer international transportation services that currently operate in more than 200 countries around the world.

How do we ship parcels?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Parcels shipped from our US warehouse are shipped by USPS. Parcels of Canada are shipped by Canada Post.

Do you deliver around the world?
Yes, we offer free shipping in over 200 countries around the world. If you are & nbsp; in a country where we can not ship the package we will contact you.

What about Customs?
We are not responsible for customs duties once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages will be shipped and that you have possible customs to pay. This is beyond our control.

How long does delivery take?
Shipping time varies by location. The average is 30 to 60 days.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order will be shipped. If you have not received the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at this time.”
For some shipping companies, it takes two to five business days for tracking information to be updated on the system. If the order has been placed over more than 5 business days and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, elements of a single purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified a combined shipment.
